Customer authorizations are now much easier to find, filter, and manage in Swift. You can narrow the list quickly, confirm the right details at a glance, and act on multiple records without leaving the page.
What's New
Customer Authorizations list gets a real search and filter experience
Why this matters: The list is now easier to scan and faster to narrow down. Search by customer, LCN or destination, then filter by location, product, auth type, control type, and status to land on the exact record you need.
- Quick search and filter panel: Narrow the list by location, product, control type, auth type, and status using the new search box and filter panel.
- Product and destination details are easier to confirm: Hover over the counts for products, locations, LCNs, and destinations to see the configured records without opening the full authorization.
- Bulk status actions: Users with manage permissions can activate or deactivate multiple authorizations from the results list, with confirmation and refresh built in.
- Export now includes the full filtered set: Download all matching records, not just the current page, and keep the active sort order in the export.
- List updates immediately after changes: The Customer Authorizations page refreshes after successful create and edit actions so the latest data is always visible.
- Customer names and counts are more accurate: Alphabetical sorting is cleaner, and product totals now include the full configured set instead of just active products.

Improvements
- Automatic data refresh after creates and edits: Supplier, Carrier and Customer authorization data automatically refreshes after a successful create or save to reflect the most accurate information.
- Inactive products and locations removed: Locations and Products that are inactive no longer appear in selector lists while creating new Supplier authorizations.
- Supplier authorization exports: PIDX and product names are now available in the Supplier Authorizations export.
Bug Fixes
- Updated Origin List: Fixed — setting RVP to 'Any' during PTO creation now correctly refetches the list of origins for the next step.
- My Authorizations Affilate Change: Fixed — users with multiple affiliates no longer receive an error when changing affiliates in My Authorizations.
- My Authorizations New Auth Button: Fixed — a non-functioning New Authorization button no longer shows on the mobile experience.
