Swift 1.46 - Confirm All Your Shipments with One Click

Bulk shipment confirmation is here. Select multiple unconfirmed records and confirm them all with a single action — no more accepting each shipment individually. This release also surfaces PIDX codes and product names in Supplier Authorizations, puts terminal alerts front and center on the Terminal Details page, and cleans up several long-standing friction points across the app.

What's New

Confirm All Your Shipments with One Click

Why this matters: Confirming shipments one at a time is slow — especially at the end of a busy period when dozens of records are waiting. Now you can check the ones you want, or select everything on the page, and confirm them all with a single click from the sticky footer. Selections persist as you paginate, so you can work across multiple pages before submitting. Checkboxes are only enabled on rows where you have Shipper permissions and the status is Unconfirmed, so there's no risk of acting on the wrong records.

Who it affects: Shippers with unconfirmed shipment records

Improvements

  • Supplier Authorizations now show PIDX code and product name: Two new columns — PIDX Code (before Product ID) and Product Name (after Product ID) — let you identify products without translating Magellan codes. Both columns are sortable and searchable via Quick Search.
  • Terminal alerts moved to the top of Terminal Details: The Alerts section now appears above the Overview section, so active alerts are the first thing you see when you open a terminal's detail page.
  • TIMS alert indicators on Authorization Sequencing location headers: A red marker on a location header means that terminal has active alerts. Click the header to navigate directly to that terminal's detail page.
  • Terminal Locator location names now link to Terminal Details: Click a location name to go straight to its detail page. A new map pin icon next to each name zooms the map to that location without navigating away.
  • Wider Create Carrier Auth drawer from "+" menu: The Create From Anywhere Carrier Authorization drawer now uses the full-width component — tables stay contained and SCAC codes, FEIN numbers, and carrier names display without truncation.
  • Self Authorization supplier count now includes auths expiring today: Suppliers whose authorizations end today are correctly included in the count, matching actual authorization validity at the terminal.

Bug Fixes

  • Reconsignments page at small viewports: Fixed layout break below 932px — Quick Search, Manual/Auto tabs, and the horizontal scrollbar all render correctly at narrower widths.
  • Inventory Projections Dashboard volumes: Available and total volume figures on the dashboard now match the Current Summary report for the same affiliate, location group, and product group.
  • Edit Shipment location dropdown: Fixed a crash that occurred when clicking the Location dropdown while adding a new distribution on an editable shipment.
  • New Authorization error after dismissing Create From Anywhere drawer: Fixed a crash that occurred when opening New Authorization after previously closing the Create Self Authorization drawer from the "+" menu.
