Swift 1.42 - See All Your Sequences Without Opening a Drawer

This is the first of several planned improvements to Authorization Sequencing. You can now see the full list of sequenced and unsequenced Inventory Owners right on each card, without clicking into the edit drawer. Filter selections persist between visits, and base and custom product sequences are combined into a single view.

What's New

Authorization Sequencing: Inline IO Lists and Streamlined Filters

Why this matters: Previously you had to click into the edit drawer just to see which Inventory Owners were sequenced. Now every card shows the full IO list directly: sequenced IOs in order, unsequenced IOs below, with loadable/not-loadable status at a glance. Base and custom product sequences are combined into one view, and a persistent left-hand filter panel lets you multi-select products or locations. Your selections stick between visits. This is the first of several planned rounds of improvements to this page.

Who it affects: Suppliers

Carrier Authorizations: New List View with Filters, Bulk Remove, and CSV Export

Every carrier authorization is now in a searchable, filterable data grid, matching the Supplier Authorizations experience from 1.41. Search by carrier name, SCAC, FEIN, or location. Filter by carrier, location, or insurance expiration. Select records and remove them in bulk. Hover over the restricted customer count to see which customers a carrier is restricted to. Export your full filtered list to CSV. (Suppliers)

Export Supplier Authorizations

Export your full filtered list of Supplier Authorizations to CSV, not just the records on the current page. (Inventory Owners)

Improvements

  • Simplified navigation: Supplier Authorizations and Carrier Authorizations menu items now link directly to the list page instead of expanding into "View By" sub-links.
  • Supplier dropdown refresh: Changing the affiliate in Create New Supplier Authorization now correctly refreshes the Supplier list.
  • Gasoline product classification: Adjusted how products are classified as gasoline products. This catches products like LSR Naphtha that were previously excluded.
  • Data grid sorting: Sorting a column no longer resets your table settings. Reset View now actually clears sorting and refreshes data.

Bug Fixes

  • Authorization Sequencing: Fixed - the Sequencing Wizard summary drawer now shows a visible expand indicator when collapsed.
  • Batches: Fixed - adding chain recipients to a distribution from Edit Batch no longer triggers a validation error.
  • Reconsignments: Fixed - auto-reconsignment exports now show the correct status labels and include all matching records.
