Swift 1.41 — Managing Supplier Authorizations Just Got a Lot Faster

Supplier Authorizations has a completely new look. Every authorization is in a single list with a filter panel that gets you to exactly what you need — and when you need to make changes at scale, you can now turn authorizations on or off in bulk.

What's New

Supplier Authorizations: New List View, Filter Panel, and Bulk Actions

Why this matters: Finding a specific authorization used to mean digging through records one location or product at a time, with no fast way to filter or act in bulk. Now every authorization is visible at once, filters get you to exactly the right records immediately, and you can activate or deactivate multiple authorizations in one action instead of one at a time.

Who it affects: Inventory Owners

Improvements

  • Consistent data tables across Swift — Every data table in the app now has the same styling. Less visual noise, easier to scan no matter where you are.

Bug Fixes

  • Inventory Reports: Fixed — you can now set today as the end date in Booking History reports.
  • Reconsignments: Fixed — auto-reconsignments were blocking edits on any pending reconsignment they triggered.
  • Batches / Shipments / Distributions: Fixed — canceled shipments and distributions were showing the wrong status from their parent record.
