Swift 1.45 - Your Self Authorizations, One View to Manage Them All

Written by Swift Product Team | Jul 28, 2026, 8:12:56 PM

The Self Authorization page has been rebuilt. Instead of a static list with limited options, you now get a full-featured data grid with filters, quick search, inline toggles, supplier details on hover, and CSV export. This release also widens the Create Carrier Auth drawer, prevents double-submits on bulk reconsignments, and corrects EPA designations for blending grade products in Batches.

What's New

Your Self Authorizations, One View to Manage Them All

Why this matters: Managing self authorizations used to mean jumping between pages, manually scanning rows, and having no way to quickly find what you need. The rebuilt page puts everything in one place: filter by location, product, type, or status. Quick-search across all records. Activate or deactivate authorizations and extended loading with inline toggles. Hover the supplier count to see who's authorized. Export your filtered results to CSV when you need them offline. Server-side sorting and pagination (50 to 500 per page) keep things fast regardless of how many authorizations you have.

Improvements

  • Wider Create Carrier Auth drawer: The drawer uses the full-width component, so SCAC codes, FEIN numbers, and carrier names display without truncation or horizontal scrolling.
  • Bulk 1:1 Reconsignment submit protection: The Submit button locks after you click it, preventing accidental duplicate submissions while the system processes your request.
  • Blending grades recognized as gasoline products: Products in the Blending Grades group (like Butane) now correctly show gasoline-type EPA designation options during batch creation.

Bug Fixes

  • User Permissions: Fixed. Granting permissions to an affiliate under a new global company now works correctly. The system grants global access first, then sets affiliate permissions.
