Finding the right authorization sequence used to mean scrolling past everything or locking yourself to one location. Swift 1.44 adds a filter panel and quick search so you get to the right combination immediately. This release also ships new creation flows for supplier and carrier authorizations, persists your Inventory Reports column preferences, and fixes two sequencing bugs.
What's New
Find the Sequences You Want, Faster
Why this matters: Open the filter panel, pick your affiliate and the products you care about, and only those sequences come back. Location is optional — leave it blank to see all locations at once. Already know what you're looking for? Quick search narrows by product, location, or inventory owner name. Reset everything in one click when you're done.
Who it affects: Suppliers who manage authorization sequences across multiple products and locations
Searchable, Sortable Tables in Authorization Creation
The selection steps inside Create Supplier and Create Carrier Authorization are now data grids with sortable columns and quick search. Find the right carrier, product, location, or customer without scrolling through an unsorted list. A redundant search box on the carrier restrictions step is gone, and the Products table no longer wastes space on a Type column you don't need. (Inventory Owners and Suppliers with product-loading: Manage permission)
Improvements
- Inventory Reports column preferences persist: Column order and width now save between sessions. Your preferred table layout is there when you come back.
- Permission drawers show only active affiliates: You only see active, onboarding-approved affiliates in the User Permissions drawer. The mismatched lists that caused conflicting configuration options are gone.
Bug Fixes
- Authorization Sequencing: Setting a future-date sequence no longer overwrites the current sequence.
- Authorization Sequencing: The future-date pill now displays even when no Inventory Owners are currently sequenced.
