Authorization Sequencing just got faster. Instead of opening a drawer every time you need to rearrange your loading sequence, you can now drag and drop directly on the card. This release also lets you schedule sequence changes for a future date, gives wide-screen users more table space, and cleans up navigation for role-restricted accounts.
Why this matters: Changing your sequence used to mean: open the drawer, wait for it to load, drag things around, close it, repeat for the next card. Now you reorder directly on the card. Drag an authorization up or down, click + to sequence or − to unsequence, hit Save. An unsaved changes warning keeps you from losing work if you leave the page mid-edit.
Who it affects: Suppliers with product-loading: Manage permission
When a contract change or pricing shift is coming, you don't have to remember to log in the night before and rearrange your authorizations. Set a future date on any card and define the sequence you want applied. It takes effect automatically. Look for the calendar icon (no future date set) or date pill (future date scheduled) on each card. (Suppliers)
