Reliable PTO Creation and Search
Why this matters: Users were losing work mid-flow — origin selections disappeared when navigating back, and Advanced Search returned wrong results because filters conflicted. Creating and finding PTOs is now predictable.

- Advanced Search filters work together correctly — no more conflicting filter combinations returning unexpected results.
- Origin selections persist when navigating back and forth between Create PTO steps.
- Continue button stays disabled until all required fields are valid — no more submitting incomplete PTOs.
- Canceled PTOs show correct status in the View PTO drawer.

Improvements
- Unsaved Changes confirmation on PTOs — Create, Copy, and Edit PTO flows now warn you before exiting with unsaved work.
- RVP selection when copying gasoline PTOs — Previously missing from the Copy flow.
- Bill of Lading defaults to 11:55 PM CST — Load End Date time no longer cuts off same-day records.
- Reconsignment edit fields match create flow — Input labels and ordering are now consistent between Edit and Create for both Reconsignments and Auto Reconsignments.
Bug Fixes
- Top navigation indicator stays visible — You always know which module you're in.
